- Large diameter high tensile chain sprockets are designed for high torque, maximum chain engagement and low wear
- All wagons are ‘scale-ready’ with a double chassis and load cell mounting points
- Strong rugged design and construction to provide years of service in tough conditions
- Super heavy duty bin supports and stainless bin panels
- 15mm recycled UHMWPE plastic floor is tough and slippery so the load moves forward easily
- Powerful gearbox transmissions on the floor and elevator shafts
- Cast iron bushes on high load shafts and stainless steel chain tensioners
- Extra heavy duty galvanised floor and elevator bars with secure high tensile chain attachments
- Mesh front screen and mesh rear back gate to improve visibility and load monitoring
- 1200mm wide cross conveyor belt or chain and slat discharge
- Load sensing hydraulics ensure an even feed flow is maintained. The feed rate is adjusted manually and can be upgraded to wireless and automatic rate control linked with the optional weighing system
- Ladder to access the top of the feed bin. Can be fitted to either side
- Centralised remote greasing banks
- Heavy duty rear tailgate, includes high mount tail lights, crash locks for load reversing, and a safety cover
- Heavy duty walking beam axles with replaceable Vesconite™ pivot bushes, and oversized stub axles with sealed hubs
